Here in America, we're feeling some pain at the pump. There have even been whispers that on the east coast, diesel rationing could become a thing. But however bad it is here, it's nothing compared to what the people of Sri Lanka are currently facing. "At the moment, we only have petrol stocks for a single day. The next couple of months will be the most difficult ones of our lives," he said. While there are some stop-gap solutions in the works that could tide them through the next few days, petrol shortages aren't the only crippling issue the nation currently faces. (read more) |

With the exception of the state of Pennsylvania, the results of this week's primary elections across five states are in. And it was pretty much a mixed bag. Trump-endorsed candidates saw some wins, but they also saw some losses. The first state to call a winner was Kentucky, where Rand Paul soundly defeated his five challengers. In North Carolina, scandal-ridden incumbent Rep. Madison Cawthorn was beaten by Chuck Edwards and already conceded the race. So, which of Trump's endorsements paid off, and which races were too close to call? (read more) |

The Black Lives Matter movement, which is holding tens of millions of dollars, has been under fire in recent weeks for failing to submit the necessary paperwork for a non-profit. It has now been revealed that BLM co-founder Patrisse Cullors utilized cash contributed to the organization to pay millions of dollars to family and friends for different reasons. Over the last three years, the stock prices of these three companies have all doubled. Because of their stability, continuous revenue growth, and attractive dividends, all of these companies have the potential to double their stock in the next three years. Furthermore, none of them are overvalued, trading at less than three times earnings. So, while their stocks may occasionally fall, they are unlikely to fall too much. (read more) |

Florida man is back again, and this time he has his sights set on President Joe Biden. According to law enforcement officials, Jacob Philbeck, 29, of Pinellas county, was consistently misusing the 911 emergency call system. Philbeck made a series of 911 calls last week and repeatedly asked police officers to arrest President Joe Biden. The man did not say why he wanted the president to be arrested, but he was painfully insistent on making sure it happened. In addition to wanting the president locked up, Philbeck also insisted that former drug kingpin JoaquÃn "El Chapo" Guzmán should be freed from prison. Police warned Philbeck that he was using an emergency line for non-emergency purposes, but apparently, he didn't heed that warning. After continued calls, police showed up to Philbeck's in the middle of one of his calls to 911. This is what happened next and what police officers feel prompted Philbeck to make the calls in the first place. (read more) |

It seems that Chris Rock is trying to move on from the Will Smith incident by taking his own punches…at Amber Heard. During his London set on Thursday, Rock joked that everyone should believe all women except the ones who defecate in beds like Heard. "Believe all women, believe all women except Amber Heard. What the f*** is she on? She s*** in his bed! She's fine, but she's not sh***ing fine. She s*** in his bed!" Rock said. "Once you s*** in someone's bed, you just guilty of everything. What the f*** is going on there? Wow. And they had a relationship after that." Rock was referring to the testimony from Depp's chauffeur and security guard, Starling Jenkins III, who recalled the stinky matter in court, saying Heard claimed it was a "horrible practical joke gone wrong." When referring to the incident, Depp revealed he could only laugh when he saw a photograph of the feces on his side of the bed because it was so "bizarre and grotesque." (read more) |
