Colin Kaepernick faces backlash after talk of NFL comeback

First, it was Tom Brady wanting back in the action; now it's Colin Kaepernick.

But some people just aren't having it. And ESPN star Stephen A. Smith is one of them. Last night, he called Kaepernick's pursuit of a return to the NFL "utter nonsense."

He's been out of the league since 2016, and discussions like this aren't exactly new.

"I want to make sure I'm very, very clear about this because this has gotten on my last nerve and I'm going to put this to bed once and for all. Colin Kaepernick was black-balled. Colin Kaepernick was mistreated. Colin Kaepernick should be in the NFL. Colin Kaepernick should have never been out of the NFL. He violated no laws. He violated no NFL bylaws," Smith said. "He got screwed over. Period.

But despite that, Smith says it's time for Kaepernick to start singing a new tune.

A 22-year-old woman was crushed to death by a machine at bread factory

A 22-year-old woman was killed while she was working at a North Carolina bread factory this weekend, authorities say.

Bibiana Arellano Delabra was using a mixing machine when the incident occurred, according to police.

Officials said that "something went wrong," before she was crushed to death.

"We are devastated by the accident that occurred over this weekend that resulted in the tragic loss of one of our employees," officials from Automatic Rolls said. "We remain committed to working with [the Occupational Safety and Health Administration] and all pertinent parties to conduct a thorough and comprehensive investigation into this unthinkable tragedy."

How Biden developed bad blood with the Secret Service agents meant to protect him

Even the Secret Service is turning against Joe Biden

According to documents obtained by the conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch, Secret Service employees are enraged by the Biden White House's deception about dog biting incidents.

As previously reported, Judicial Watch received 36 pages of Secret Service records and emails last August that show Joe Biden's German Shepherd Major biting Secret Service officers on multiple occasions.

According to previously published documents, Major bit Secret Service officials on eight different days last March before being returned to Biden's Delaware residence.

Judicial Watch chastised the Biden administration for concealing and downplaying the heinous acts.

Dublin Airport received a whopping 12,272 noise complaints from one person last year

Dublin Airport is no stranger to receiving noise complaints from nearby residents, but one person, in particular, has made it their life's mission to slap the airport with grievances.

According to airport officials, one individual who lives near the airport filed a whopping 12,272 complaints in one year alone. In case you're wondering, that breaks down to an astounding 34 complaints per day.

Officials say the individual's complaints accounted for 90% of all complaints received by the airport in 2021. Apparently, this unnamed person has been at this for quite some time, as they also filed 6,227 complaints in 2020.

What is the person complaining about anyway? And how many complaints have they already filed for this year? You won't believe their daily average so far.

This cereal is being investigated after thousands of people report getting sick

The Food and Drug Administration announced this week that they are investigating reports of consumers becoming sick after eating Lucky Charms cereal.

Consumers from every state reported their symptoms on iwaspoisoned.com after they ate the General Mills cereal, which included reports of gastrointestinal issues such as bouts of diarrhea, nausea, stomach pain, and vomiting.

"Food safety is our top priority. We take your concerns very seriously. Through our continuing internal investigations, we have not found any evidence of consumer illness linked to the consumption of Lucky Charms," said the official Twitter account for the cereal.

So far, there has not been a recall issued for the cereal.
