The survey, released Thursday, revealed that only 28% of likely voters believe President Joe Biden would be reelected in 2024. And 38% believe Biden will lose to the Republican nominee, regardless of who it is. Biden has offered no cause for Americans to be optimistic about his presidency. His management of the pandemic, as well as the economy, foreign policy, the border, and other issues, has been appalling. And his handling of the withdrawal from Afghanistan was disastrous. As a result, some Democrats are openly speculating about who may succeed him. Even worse, independents are quickly turning against Biden. He has no chance of winning without them.
