Server Migration Exact Time Inside

Scheduled Server Migration ...

Server Migration is scheduled for 05/07/2021 3:00 AM -0400.

Downtime is expected to be an hour or so, but your software license should work even during this time!

It is important to understand that it will continue to work if you don't restart your software.

If you switch to another timeframe or pair, MT4/MT5 will restart your EA, and it might fail to start during this ~1 hour period. Other than that, your EA will continue to work and won't even notice anything changed.

During this ~1 hour, the Download Center and our websites will be offline too.

In reality, this server migration will affect only a few people!

This software will NOT be affected:
  • Signal Magician
  • Forex Robot Factory
  • Video courses (i.e., Forex Robot Academy)
This software might be affected:
  • Local Trade Copier (MT4 and MT5 version)
  • Trendline Trader
  • Trader on Chart
  • MyMT4Book
  • Hedge EA Advanced
  • FxMagnetic
  • Forex EA Launcher
  • Equity Sentry EA
IMPORTANT! Most software licenses authenticate only on startup, which means there is a meager chance that you will be affected by server migration. If it happens so that you'll restart your software (i.e., EA) at the time of migration, then it might fail to start. But if you try again later, then it should work.

In summary, there's a meager chance you'll get affected by server migration, but I have to inform you that the migration is happening this week.

What do I need to do?
You do not need to do anything. I would recommend not restart any of the EAs you have from us this week (unless necessary).

Do I need to close the trades?
No. You do not need to close any trades for this. Just continue to trade like you always did.

Software is not working as it should. What should I do?
We have received several emails about various issues that are not related to the server migration (or even not related to our software). It is important to understand that there's a meager chance the server migration will affect you. And if you experience any issues with the software, please contact our customer support at support@ea-coder.com or reply to this email.
