NIH events that may be of interest to global health researchers.

  • The African Society for Bioinformatics and Computational Biology (ASBCB) virtual omics codeathon, hosted by the NIH Office of Data Science Strategy in partnership with ASBCB, will be held June 3 - 6, 2021. The codeathon will take place immediately preceding the June 2021 International Society for Computational Biology (ISCB)-Africa ASBCB Conference on Bioinformatics. Applications are being accepted to lead codeathon teams. Applications for participants will be available in May.
    Team lead application deadline: April 16, 2021.
