I've had a lot of questions recently asking how I know a penny stock will eventually fail. It's just a matter of learning to recognize the ultimate penny stock pattern.
I've even been accused of short selling and causing a stock to tank. Or getting 'my crew' to short sell. Which is not only ridiculous, it's sad.
It shows you the kind of BS promoters feed newbies. And it shows how newbies listen to promoters.
But a tanking penny stock has no more to do with me than the same stock spiking 300% a few days earlier.
So how do I know?
It's not magic. And it's not rocket science.
Nearly a decade ago, I put together a presentation outlining my observations. In all those years of trading, I'd seen the same set of patterns again and again.
Here's a little inside info…
I hoped that by sharing the pattern, it would stop working. Seriously. I wanted to squash it once and for all because of what it was based on.
Little did I know that 10 years later the same pattern would still be playing out...
For the same underlying reasons.
I often say the stock market is a battlefield. Which is why you have to come prepared.
With this pattern, the hotter the market, the more examples.
And there have been a ton of examples this year.
