Hey E, Spring is here and you know what that means… Suns out. Guns out. | | Who are we kidding, we don't need the sun to work outside. You've probably been outside all winter long, rain, snow, or shine… just like we have! This month I'm going to give you a strength surge. We're going to do it inside our mobile app. (Get the iOS app or the Android app here now if you don't have it already). We're featuring "Operator Bravo Sample Workout" in our Brute Force Training app as part of the All Access subscription (this is our flagship app plan by the way.) This is a true test of strength, power, and endurance that will push you towards peak performance. Here's what you'll be getting into: - Step 1: Tabata Push-ups – 8 rounds of push-ups for 20 seconds each with a 10-second rest in between rounds.
- Step 2: 50 Sandbag Clean and Presses – Clean the bag to your shoulders, press overhead with full arm extension, and brace your core for stability.
- Step 3: Two-Mile Run – Stay disciplined, maintain your pace, and when you loop back, jump into another set of 50 clean and presses.
Watch this on the Brute Force Training app now available on iPhone and Android. …you'll also get access to curated workout programs designed to help you avoid plateaus and relentlessly progress and a lot more. But it's not just about this month… We're preparing you for future events like the Murph and Carry the Load challenges coming up in May. If you don't know what those are I'll explain… The Murph Challenge is a physically demanding Hero WOD (workout of the day) done in honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy who died in Afghanistan in 2005. It involves a 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, 1 mile run (all done consecutively) and usually with a weighted vest. And Carry The Load is a memorial event, not a specific workout. It's a national challenge held around Memorial Day to honor fallen military, law enforcement and fire fighters. People participate in various activities to remember the sacrifices made, like ruck marches (walking with weight) or running. They aren't easy. But they aren't supposed to be. And we do hard stuff anyway. Stay Ready, Stay Strong, Mo | | Copyright © 2024 Brute Force Training No longer want to receive these emails? Unsubscribe.
