It's time for something new.  Introducing a new project of self-discovery.  Whose project? Ours.  Three times a week in 2024 I'll be sharing a new, detailed post about mental health and productivity. I'll write about my journey of ADHD and entrepreneurship, learning to understand neurodivergence, and everything that’s worked/hasn’t worked. I'll also share some personal stories I've never told before. In the next post, for example, I’ll tell you about how everything was going just fine for me—until it wasn’t. My goal is to serve a new, organic community throughout the year, all centered around mental health awareness and learning to work differently. Most of all, I hope it will be helpful.  Helpful to whom? Well ... maybe to you! Everyone is welcome to read, but I'm writing specifically for:  Anyone who wants to "do more" with their life but feels frustrated with common productivity advice (sadly, a lot of it is actually counterproductive) Anyone who identifies as neurodivergent or has symptoms of ADHD, OCD, ASD, or PTSD (among others) Anyone who feels generally overwhelmed, anxious, or misunderstood If that's you, or if you're just curious, please join in and follow along!
