The "Look" of a Get SEALFIT Quest Body

When we begin a Get SEALFIT Quest (the next one starting on February 7)...

The first thing we do is help you lay out your GOALS.

What do you want to bedo… and have?

For some, all they want is to be healthy. To play with their kids, and spend the rest of their life in superb shape, doing the same fun activities they did in their 20's and 30's.

Others have a mission. They want to win the Crossfit Games or Murph challenge. They love watching their personal bests become distant memories with each new achievement.

And some just want to look and feel great.

Let's talk about the SEALFIT "look," briefly.

In our programming, we never chase the beach body (But it does come).

Instead we give you functional, unstable load training that hardens and strengthens every muscle cell in your body.

You build insane endurance, stunning speed, and can lift things with ease that you used to need help with.

When you make those your objectives, fat comes off, and muscles grow.

You won't get a bodybuilder physique. In my opinion, you get something far better.

There's something about embodying true strength that everyone seems to notice.

There's a confidence, a relaxedness to your body, and subtle grace and agility that is unmistakable. And for what it's worth, you will also look like "the wrong person to mug" in a dark alley.

Compare that to the puffy ballooned physique of someone who never lifts a weight without wondering how it'll affect his mirror pose.

True health and true physical power look more attractive, any day.

So if you work hard, you will get lean, and you will become more muscular. (Ladies, you will not get bulky. You'll instead have that sultry athletic physique that turns heads).

Now as for the "little details"... those are up to your genetics. I can't promise you bulging biceps. Those come easy for some, and harder for others. I also can't promise you ripped abs. In my time in the Navy SEALS, some guys organically developed washboard abs, while others simply had a strong flat stomach. But no one had a gut, that's for sure.

The bottom line is that in SEALFIT, we aim for excellence, not attractiveness. But it's hard to be physically excellent without your body looking pretty awesome as well.

Now, we're getting started on January 1 for this 3 month transformation. This is to make sure you're absolutely ready for when we get together on February 7-8 in Temecula, CA.

We only have 40 spots.

If you're on board, you need to click here to reserve your place.

I look forward to meeting and training with you in Temecula.

Hooyah!
