Holcim investors face 'burdensome' tender offer route


Small investors of Holcim Philippines were denied the use of the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) platform as the cement giant moves forward with a P1.7-billion minority stockholder buyout ahead of privatization. They will instead face the more burdensome process of selling their shares outside the facilities of the PSE in an ongoing tender offer until Aug. 30 this year.
