From Today's Sponsored Advertiser: | | | How is accuracy like that even possible? | | | | In 8 years, he placed 647 trades. 626 of them were winners. No one has a track record that even comes close. Officials said that one of two Iowa teenagers charged in the fatal beating of their high school Spanish teacher was sentenced on Thursday to 35 years in prison with the possibility of parole. Willard Miller, 17, stood in the Jefferson County Courthouse in Fairfield, where he apologized to the family of the victim, Spanish teacher Nohema Graber, who was 66 when Miller and another teen, Jeremy Goodale, now 18, killed her on Nov. 2, 2021. Miller and Goodale were both 16 when they pursued Graber to Chautauqua Park, a park she frequented, and beat her to death because she gave Miller a poor grade, prosecutors said. The teens pleaded guilty to murdering Graber and concealing her body under a tarp and wheelbarrow in a wooded area of the park. Miller pleaded guilty to the murder in April as part of the plea agreement. Prosecutors recommended Miller receive a term of between 30 years and life in prison, with the possibility of parole. There's a simple trading opportunity that appears almost every trading day, between 9:30 and 10:45 am EST where traders are making between $300-$1,100+ per contract. One of my favorite parts about this trade is how predictable it is. It occurs about 3-5 times each week. And once you know what you’re looking for, and how to enter/exit the trade this could become another nice stream of income for you. I’m not sure how long I’ll leave this guide up for. So do yourself a favor and take 5 seconds to download it now. At least you’ll have a copy stored for future use! In Arizona you no longer need a prescription to purchase contraceptive medications. Governor Katie Hobbs signed a new law Thursday permitting over-the-counter sales that went into effect immediately. Under the new law, to purchase any self-administered birth control medication, such as hormonal and oral pills, one only needs to be 18-years-old and complete a screening that includes a blood pressure test. Here's what else we know about the new law so far. (read more) |

According to a lobbying group for the oil and gas sector, proposed Environmental Protection Agency restrictions amount to a "de facto ban" on gasoline-powered automobiles. By 2032, respectively, the EPA's proposed emissions rule would require automakers to have a 67 percent electric fleet. The American Petroleum Institute's president and CEO, Mike Sommers, warned that this approach "seriously misses the mark." A oversupply of electric vehicles on the market is not possible, even if purchasers desire them. The proposed rule, according to the South Dakota Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources, is an instance of federal overreach. (read more) | |

Growth companies have gained dramatically over the past year, and the bulk of them are currently trading at or around their fair value. Such stocks should be sold off later, especially if they provide dividends. Selling them now is a terrific idea because many of them are selling at inflated prices due to this year's increase and risk taking a dramatic collapse. Growth stocks to sell had therefore emerged. Naturally, there is no guarantee that the rally won't take place. But to outperform the market, one must turn around certain assets and take profits. One of the leading causes of investors underperforming the market is their irresponsible holding of pricey equities when far better offers are on the market. These are the top growth stocks to sell if you want to protect your portfolio from a correction or reap the benefits of going short. (read more) |

A man in Florida went for a swim recently, but he received quite the scare when a mysterious creature started swimming towards him. Since he was in a pool, he was a bit perplexed as to why a wild animal was swimming with him. As it turns out, it was an iguana, and quite the large one at that. Prior to it sneaking up on the man, a woman and her daughter spotted the iguana and got out of the pool. They decided to record the animal making its way through the water. It's a good thing they decided to capture the moment on video because they ended up getting the man's reaction to the iguana when he realized it was swimming towards him.
