Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) was labeled a "total fraud" online after a video of her fake "accent" surfaced again. Ocasio-Cortez was mocked in 2019 for what some called her "accent" at the National Action Network convention hosted by the Rev. Al Sharpton. The democratic socialist lawmaker was responding to those who, she claimed, were trying to discredit her as a representative because of her prior work as a bartender. On Tuesday, the Twitter account End Wokeness reposted the video, spliced with a more recent video she made about former President Donald Trump in which she was not using the accent, and it quickly went viral once again. Law enforcement officers in Metter, Georgia are searching for a man who keeps breaking into homes while naked. Officers described the man's crimes as something they've never experienced before. The man reportedly breaks into homes in the middle of the night while wearing a face covering and nothing else on his body. He's been caught on home security cameras approaching or fleeing the scene of the crime on several occasions. In all of the footage, he was completely naked except for a face covering. To make things even more bizarre, police say he minimizes damage when breaking into the homes, and instead opts for unlocked windows or doors. He has only stolen a few items, and in the majority of cases, he didn't steal anything at all. Twice now the naked bandit has walked into homes while the residents were present. Here's what happened in those two situations. (read more) |

Twenty-three-year-old Connor Sturgeon was identified by police as the gunman who killed five people and injured eight others at the Old National Bank in downtown Louisville, Kentucky. Sturgeon was an employee at the bank who streamed his rampage on Instagram. Sturgeon was also a star athlete in high school who suffered from so many concussions that he wore a helmet at basketball games. "We played football together in eighth grade. He was out most of the year because he had multiple concussions. Then he had a couple more in high school," revealed a former classmate who added that he couldn't help but link the tragic events to the past injuries. Over the past few years, doctors have been able to make numerous links between football players and Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (or CTE), which is a degenerative brain disease caused by repeated blows to the head. While Sturgeon's video of the shooting has already been removed, screengrabs appear to show how unstable he was in the hours leading up to the incident. (read more) |
