Market Review:

A Market Rally For those that focus only on US news you may have missed the rate announcement yesterday from the ECB. Christine Lagarde, the ECB's President chaired a press conference where the decision to raise rates of 50 basis points or 1/2 a percent was discussed. President Lagarde projected a cool confidence and an open-minded view on the policies moving forward. She was the confidence that markets may have needed, which certainly helped with yesterday's early rally.

What's Hot and Not! AMD Advanced Micro Devices this year has performed well and looks to continue that process in early trading today. AMD opened the year at 66.00. They opened the month at 78.55, and the week at 81.39. In overnight trading, AMD has already moved to at least 97.72 and continues to march.
