Employees want growth and transformation in their careers. 🧑💼 The report further shows that internal mobility increases employee retention. Employees who make an internal move - whether by promotion or lateral transfer - are more likely to stay in their current organizations vis-à-vis those who stay in the same roles. 🧑💼 Globally, employees in their third year of work in a company are 19 percent more likely to stay if they have had an internal movement in the organization.
