Source: TransUnion Q3 Consumer Pulse Survey ⚠️ A recent TransUnion report shows that 55% of consumers have been targeted by digital fraud schemes in the last three months. Of that, 11% have actually become victim to it. ⚠️ The most common digital fraud schemes are phishing, gift cards, and third-party sellers on legitimate e-commerce websites. ⚠️ Eighty-nine percent of consumers remain concerned about sharing their personal information online. They cite privacy invasion, identity theft, and unsolicited marketing communications as reasons for their concern.
