Hillary Clinton, former senator from New York, secretary of state, and unsuccessful presidential candidate, has reportedly declared that she will not run for the office of president of the United States a third time. On September 6, 2022, Clinton declared that she is hanging up the gloves on her bid for the presidency during an interview on CBS Evening News. There's no question about it. Growth stocks have gotten hammered this year. Not only are growth indexes like the Vanguard Growth Fund and even the Nasdaq down nearly a third from their peaks late last year, but high-growth stocks have been hit especially hard. The good news for investors is that just as growth stocks ran too high during the bull market in 2021, driven by pandemic tailwinds, there's a good argument now that they've fallen too far in this year's sell-off. A woman is in shock after she decided to take a DNA test recently. The results indicated her long-time boyfriend was actually her brother. The woman was adopted as a child and she was told in high school. But the thought never crossed her mind that she could be dating her long-lost bother, even after people constantly told them they looked a lot alike. She says they have "done everything a couple that has been together for six years could do." The DNA test was ordered so the two could learn about their ancestry, since they both knew they were adopted. Little did they know they were full siblings. So, how did the woman react to the news? Dr. Mehmet Oz says that he would have approved certifying Joe Biden as president if he had been in office in 2021. "I would not have objected to it. By the time the delegates & those reports were sent to the U.S. Senate, our job was to approve it, which is what I would have done," Oz said. His statement could create a rift between him and the former president, who encouraged Oz to run for the Pennsylvania Senate seat that once belonged to Republican Pat Toomey.
