"The extraordinary team there — from custodians to nurses and doctors — gave me excellent care and attention, including IV antibiotics and rest." What else do we know about the infection, and which campaign events had to be postponed or canceled? (read more) |

So, we keep hearing from the Democrats and President Biden that elections are safe, secure, and beyond corruption. That Trump's claims that the 2020 election was rigged were nothing but conspiracy theories. So why is President Biden now suddenly promising that he'll never let an election be stolen again? "If we elect two more senators, we keep the House and Democrats, we're going to get a lot of unfinished business we're going to get done. Folks, look, we'll codify Roe v. Wade. We'll ban, we'll ban assault weapons. We'll protect Social Security and Medicare. We'll pass universal pre-K. We'll restore the Childcare Tax Credit. We'll protect voting rights. We'll pass election reform and make sure no one, no one, ever has the opportunity to steal an election again!" Biden declared. So which election, exactly, does he think was stolen, and why can't he keep his stories straight? (read more) |

These currency upheavals happen about every 40 years. The first was Roosevelt confiscating private gold in 1934… The second was Nixon abandoning the gold standard in 1971… Now, Biden's plan could pave the way for "retiring" the US dollar… And replacing it with THIS. Joe Biden has a history of saying things that he later regrets. But now that the president has made a highly contentious statement, the DNC is forced to support him. Joe Biden's remarks that half of the country is "semi-fascist" were justified by the current leader of the Democratic National Committee. But even the mainstream media doesn't think Biden's words were wise. Peter Alexander at NBC News noted that although Biden ran on a platform of bringing the nation together, he is now effectively referring to anyone who disagree with him as Hitler. (read more) |

Investors are concerned that an impending recession could be brought on by growing inflation. Ethan Harris, a BofA analyst, predicted a 40% possibility of a recession in the upcoming year. Additionally, the expert expects that in the second half of 2023, economic growth will decelerate to nearly nothing. Similarly, Deutsche Bank predicts that the economy will enter a recession earlier than expected and that growth would drop to 0.5% in 2023. Investors' focus has switched away from high-growth tech equities and toward dividend-paying blue-chip businesses due to the current economic climate and the tech market sell-off in 2022. The historical performance of dividend equities demonstrates that they have outperformed their rivals during periods of increased economic uncertainty. These strong dividend companies have shown sound financial performance over the years, offering good investment opportunities in the current economic environment. (read more) |

The Buffalo Bills released Matt Araiza on Saturday after he was accused in a lawsuit of gang-raping a 17-year-old with two other San Diego State university students last year. The lawsuit filed on Thursday says the assault occurred at an off-campus party. The other two individuals accused are San Diego State football players Zavier Leonard and Nowlin "Pa'a" Ewaliko. The victim was a high school senior at the time and says she was in and out of consciousness during the event, but that she remembers moments involving the three men. Araiza's lawyer, Kerry Armstrong, is denying the accusations and says he has "no doubt" that Araiza is innocent. However, the victim's lawyer, Dan Gilleon, shared photographic evidence from an attack on his client. Here's what the victim and her father have said regarding the incident. (read more) |
