Image source: Cliare Williamas One homeowner in Pennsylvania is at her wits' end when it comes to the intersection in front of her home. In fact, she's gone as far as to call it a death trap after multiple crashes have resulted in property damage.
Reckless, speeding drivers go so fast before they lose control of their vehicles that they actually get airborne as they catapult towards her home and yard.
So what is she trying to do to stop the madness?

Image source: Alex Wong/Getty Images It would be a stretch to call Senator Mitt Romney "Mr. Popular" in Washington D.C. or pretty much anywhere else.
Just the fact that he's a Republican (if in name only) means he's automatically despised by about half of the country.
But after he went after Donald Trump not once, but twice in failed efforts at impeachment, he's not even well-liked among his own party members.

Image source: Getty Images Nina Turner, a would-be "Squad" member, lost her second consecutive congressional campaign in Ohio after failing to soften her anti-Israel stance.
Turner was 27 points behind Rep. Shontel Brown (D., Ohio) when the Associated Press called the race with 53% of the voting in on Tuesday night. Turner used the campaign to try to portray herself as a pro-Israel Democrat after losing the Democratic primary to Brown in 2021. It clearly didn't work.
Turner's pro-Israel reversal came too late for many important Jewish organizations at the attempts to win over Jewish voting groups miserably failed.
Turner's defeat is just another setback for the Democratic Party's far-left faction.

Image source: Coaster101 If you ride rollercoasters, one risk you take is getting stuck mid-ride. That nightmare situation is exactly what happened to guests recently at Carowinds in North Carolina.
Guests were riding the amusement park's King Cobras coaster when the ride suddenly jolted to a stop. What's even worse, the coaster became stuck in a position that faced all guests completely toward the ground.
One rider on board, Brandon Allen, said it was his first time ever on a coaster, and his decision to get on it is one he regrets after the scary ordeal.
"I personally watched my tears fall from the sky. It was terrifying. ...It's a big deal when you're just facing the ground completely. There were parents trying to talk to their children screaming, 'It's going to be okay,'" Allen said.
You won't believe how long the riders were stuck on the coaster and what Carowinds did for them in return.

Image source: Yahoo News Johnny Depp's legal team rested their case after 13 days of testimony as Depp claims ex Amber Heard ruined his career by portraying him as an abuser. Heard's team tried to get the case dismissed, however Judge Penney Azcarate has denied that motion.
"Last night, I reviewed all the evidence submitted in this matter. As to the second and third alleged defamatory statements... I view the evidence in light most favorable to the plaintiff," Judge Azcarate said.
"There is evidence in the case that a jury could weigh that the statements were made by the defendant, that the statements were about the plaintiff, that the statement was published, that the statement is false and the defendant made the statement knowing it to be false or the defendant made it so recklessly as to amount to a willful disregard of the truth," the judge added.
Depp was visibly elated by the ruling and gave his attorney, Benjamin Chew, a big hug. A spokesperson for the actor verified that the team was pleased with the judge's decision, saying, "We stand confident in the future of the case and for the truth to be continued to be shared."
