There's a Thomas Jefferson quote inscribed on a stepping stone just outside of Joel Salatin's home. It reads, "No occupation is so delightful to me as the culture of the earth." Being the city slicker I am, I snapped a shot of it with my iPhone the first time we visited Joel. The team was there several years ago to convince him to join Manward's mission as a contributor. (Our persuasion tactics worked.) [Larry Kudlow Drops Inflation Crisis Bombshell - See It Here.] Spend a few minutes at Joel's world-famous Polyface Farm, and you'll quickly see you're in a place where that Jefferson quote applies fully. There is a true respect for the land and all the ideas that seem to grow out of it. Even the cows seem grateful to be there. They approached us curiously as we strolled through the field where they were grazing, as if to say, "Oh, you guys are with Joel? You must be alright." It's truly a magical place. And that's precisely why I hope you saw Andy's big announcement on Monday... Let's Go!For just the second time in Manward's storied history, we are taking our show on the road! From September 9-10, Joel has agreed to host our Great Liberty Revival Retreat. It'll be an opportunity for readers from all over to get together and celebrate what we at Manward hold so dear. We're talking about true liberty... and the kind of event that Thomas Jefferson would have been first in line for. And we couldn't think of a better place to hold this one-of-a-kind event than Polyface Farm. Over two action-packed days, Andy, Joel and a hand-selected roster of guest speakers will speak on the pillars that make up our mission: self-reliance... independence... the truth in the world... and, of course, financial security. And we'll do it all as we explore Joel's unconventional and world-renowned experiment in freedom-based farming. This is shaping up to be an event unlike anything you've ever experienced. Spaces are limited. So if you want to join us, secure your spot quickly. You can get all the details here. I hope to see you in September. Did you miss it? Our rule-rewriting friends over at Amazon (AMZN) just borrowed $12.75 billion from the market. Does Jeff Bezos need the money? Nope. (Far from it.) Amazon's move has to do with a phenomenon Andy has been tracking for years. It's the powerful force that's pushed the markets higher... and higher... and higher... over the past decade. And it's a sign that there is still plenty of opportunity for folks who know where to look. Click here to keep reading...
