That's because Albert Pardo spotted the creature just outside the Kendall shopping center and quickly called his friend, who happened to be a veterinarian, to remove the creature.    His dog was the one to notice what is believed to be a Burmese python.    "On the way back, [my dog, Archie] ran a little closer to it and he jumped up in the air.
