Over the weekend, authorities claimed a number of vehicles with New York license plates parked on Palm Beach streets had notes on their windows advising people to leave if they lean left politically. The threatening messages were discovered on cars parked along Sunrise Avenue, Bradley Place, and Seaview Avenue in the posh beachfront enclave approximately an hour north of Fort Lauderdale, which has long been a popular winter destination for New Yorkers. Concerned residents reported the notes to the Palm Beach Police Department on Sunday, but detectives found that no crime had been committed following a quick inquiry.   I can't blame the writer for venting his or her frustrations.
