Biden revealed that his recently approved infrastructure measure will set aside billions of dollars to rebuild crumbling bridges.   During his address, though, Biden struggled to read his teleprompter and forgot the name of his infrastructure czar. Joe Biden named Mitch Landrieu, the former mayor of New Orleans, to supervise infrastructure expenditures. Biden almost referred to him as Mitch McConnell on Friday. Biden's gaffes and bouts of uncertainty continue to worsen. Despite the media asking tough questions about what's going on, the left refuses to accept his mental decline.
