Published: December 8, 2021 2 Stocks Set to Profit From the Industrial Real Estate Boom With the Federal Reserve likely set to raise rates next year, most traders are worried that residential real estate is going to soften up.    In fact, I read an article on Monday that said the Fed recently updated its exuberance index, which identifies housing bubbles early to mitigate damage, for Q2 2021.    It’s warning that U.S. real estate prices are in a bubble for the first time since 2007!    But if you take a look at the headlines for industrial real estate stocks to trade, which have been put on the back burner for a few years thanks to COVID-19’s stay-at-home climate, things are changing real fast...
