On June 30, 2021, Vermont submitted a request to extend its Global Commitment to Health (GCH) section 1115 demonstration for five years. The state's application proposes to continue and expand coverage initiatives, investments, and innovative care models under the GCH demonstration. Among the key proposals is a transition of the Department of Vermont Health Access (DVHA) to a risk-bearing public, State-run managed care organization (MCO). The federal public comment period will be open from July 9, 2021 through August 8, 2021.

Pending Application
