1115 Waiver Demonstration - Vermont Global Commitment to Health - Extension

The state's application proposes to continue and expand coverage initiatives, investments, and innovative care models under the GCH demonstration. Among the key proposals is a transition of the Department of Vermont Health Access (DVHA) to a risk-bearing public, State-run managed care organization (MCO). The federal public comment period will be open from July 9, 2021 through August 8, 2021.
