As the only federal-level program of its kind, it recognizes employers for their investments in recruiting, employing, and retaining our nation's veterans. Applying for the Platinum or Gold HIRE Vets Medallion Award shows your employees and customers that your veteran-focused initiatives are a priority. Each recognizes different levels of commitment to employing and supporting veterans. Whether your business has 50 or 500 employees, program criteria are tailored to highlight your efforts to support those who have served in uniform.
