Congratulations! We have come to the end of Detox Your Thoughts. You (and your inbox) might be feeling nothing but relief that it is over, but I hope you will take a moment to think about how important it is that you took this step. It says a lot about you that you were willing to address unhealthy mental patterns, and to not turn away from a good hard look at how you tend to think and feel, day in and day out. Remember, all-or-none thinking is not what we're after. So if you didn't always do the actions, or sometimes fell behind, or didn't even finish the challenge, that is truly okay. You chose to start trying. And that means you have a much better chance of making changes than someone who chose to stay still within their status quo. Please consider these emails a reference to come back to when you need a boost. Perhaps some traps resonated particularly strongly and you'll choose to remind yourself of them, in your own way, on a daily basis. Perhaps you've already begun incorporating some of those changes — even better! Either way, your emotional well-being is a process. It's never too late to make a change, and there's no such thing as "too small" when you're getting started. You have a lot of be proud of.
