You've reached the final few days of the Butt Challenge! That's right: You've only got two more days of exercise standing between you and the celebration of Day 30. But that doesn't mean it's time to start slacking off. You want to finish out the challenge just as strongly as you began it. Of course, just because the challenge ends doesn't mean your ~butt journey~ is finished. You can take your fitness routine to the next level by learning to incorporate cardio into your workout, for instance — whether through running or another type of cardio. And if this challenge has inspired you to do more with strength training, perhaps you might want to learn more about weightlifting. No matter what you choose, there are countless ways to keep your booty moving, both literally and figuratively. For now, though, we've still got a couple more days of the challenge to get through. So let's get to it!
