This summer, NYT Cooking’s most popular recipe was Ali Slagle’s ginger-lime chicken (above). Hold on to the season with that dish or any of the other recipes in the collection below, like Yasmin Fahr’s sheet-pan baked feta with broccolini, tomatoes and lemon, Yewande Komolafe’s crispy tofu with cashews and blistered snap peas or Jerrelle Guy’s strawberry spoon cake.
