What I Learned Day-Trading The COVID Crisis

With the recent volatility in the markets, most investors have been losing their shirts.

Retirement accounts have been rattled, unemployment is at all time highs, and a considerable amount of blood has been shed.

This is exactly why I focus on day trading. With the recent pickup in volatility, I've been a lot more selective with my trades, lowering my size, and leaving more wiggle room to account for potential shakeouts...

I thought I'd be making less money since I'd be staying more safe by doing these things but I was completely wrong.

February and March have easily been my biggest months ever since I started trading over a decade ago (7 figures in 40 trading days)...

So it comes down to how? Why? If I had lowered my size and took less trades, how did I just have my two biggest months?

Simple. I treat every trade the same. I look at the market as a black and white force. No smoke and mirrors. It literally is as simple as "if the trade fits the criteria, I take it"... and "if there is no potential trades that fit the criteria, I sit on my hands"

And while I had lowered my size and been more selective, the % returns have vastly made up for that. Whereas usually I can make 3-5% per day in the first 30-60 minutes, I can do that in 5 minutes now. Really I am making 7-10% per day now, and that's a bad day.

The key is to have a simple, systematic strategy that takes all the emotions out. I've been doing this for many many years while being green over 90% of my trading days. Sounds too good to be true huh.. I thought so...

I've been fortunate so I'll give back, here's a free training where I go over my trading principles and how I'm able to do this.

I don't know why you're still reading this. You should be investing your time into your education which in turn will equal to more income. Go watch the free training! Near the middle, about 15 min in, I get right into the trading strategy I use each day.

To your success,
