The holiday season and end of the year are stressful times for many people.  

If you're feeling stressed, psychological and physical approaches that help relieve tension—such as yoga, mindfulness, or relaxation techniques—may help. Download our Press Reset on Stress flyer to learn a simple mindfulness exercise and two quick relaxation techniques that you can do anywhere.   

Occasional stress is a normal coping mechanism. However, chronic, long-term stress may contribute to or worsen a range of health problems. If you're struggling to cope, or if the symptoms of your stress won't go away, it may be time to talk to a professional.
