According to a poll gathered exclusively by the Daily Caller, a majority of Republican voters want the 2024 presidential contenders, not the Republican National Convention (RNC), to determine the logistics of the debates. According to the poll, which was conducted in cooperation with the Convention of States Action, 53.4% of Republicans want the candidates to have the "most influence in determining topics, times, locations, and moderators for Republican Presidential Primary Debates." Only 28.2% of respondents wanted the RNC to take the lead, while 24.5% were unsure. A majority of Independents, 52.1%, agreed that the candidates should take the lead. A Florida man is facing charges after crashing a vehicle through a convenience store at a high rate of speed. According to authorities, the man drove through the front of the store at approximately 12:30 am on June 20. Unfortunately, a pedestrian was walking into the store when this happened. The pedestrian was pinned between the vehicle and a metal object. Thankfully, the victim is expected to survive and is receiving treatment for non-life threatening injuries. What's most concerning with this situation is law enforcement officials have determined the crash was not an accident. To top it all off, the chilling incident was caught on video from several angles thanks to security cameras at the store. (read more) |
