Exciting News:
At FS, we're committed to helping you live a healthier life, and with that in mind, I'm excited to share that acclaimed chef Marysol Foucault is joining our small team in the fall to explore the connection between what we eat and our physical and mental performance.
If you're like me, you're trying to live a "healthy" lifestyle. I mostly avoid junk, exercise, and read labels enough to be scared by what I see. Under a new brand, we'll explore the gut-brain connection and the impact of certain ingredients and additives on our health and performance. We'll start by developing and sharing a series of recipes that are healthy, delicious, and practical. If you want more details, click here, and I'll send you more information this fall.

Vacation won't make things better. Changing jobs won't make things better. Getting the recognition you deserve won't make things better. Drugs won't make things better.

J.K. Rowling on taking over:
"There is an expiry date on blaming your parents for steering you in the wrong direction; the moment you are old enough to take the wheel, responsibility lies with you."

The best intentions, the worst results:
"The issues facing San Francisco aren't from a lack of funding. In 2021 alone, the city allocated $1.1 billion to its Department of Homelessness, and its budget has risen 500% since 2016. The results: Homelessness actually increased 64% during the same period. Where does all this money go?"
