Democrats take control of Senate as Jon Ossoff wins Georgia runoff, CBS News projects

Democrat Jon Ossoff defeated incumbent Senator David Perdue in their Georgia runoff election, giving Democrats control of the Senate, CBS News projects. Ossoff and Rev. Raphael Warnock, who defeated Republican Kelly Loeffler, are the first Democrats Georgia has sent to the Senate since 2005.
