Technology touches every single part of our lives, and it's never been more important to success in the fashion industry as it is now. During the pandemic, e-commerce soared to new heights, and social media — driven, in part, by the rise of TikTok — dictated consumer behaviour and trends. Industry executives also learned to make better use of digital tools, from video streaming to data analytics. Fashion even embraced gaming. Analog may never die, but this year digital became more important than ever.
