Mindbender Practice: For the next week, daily, use your non-dominant hand and feet consciously. For example, when walking upstairs, is there a leg that always leads? When you brush your teeth and hair, use the opposite hand that you use. When texting or writing a note by hand. If you are moving slower or frustrated, breathe and create the time for this practice.
