|
By all appearances, Lloyd Muldrow is a hero. While visiting Baltimore over the Independence Day weekend, he decided to meet up with his friend, Marshall Cullens, at the Tequila Sunset Bar. But when he arrived, he saw his friend struggling with a man that was later identified as Wesley Henderson. He allegedly used a gun to pistol whip Cullens before Muldrow fell back on his extensive military training and disarmed Henderson. Muldrow and Cullens held Henderson on the ground until police arrived. When they did arrive, things took a bizarre twist that now has Muldrow facing one year in prison, a $1,000 fine, and the potential loss of a security clearance that could jeopardize his job. So, why did the good guy suddenly become the bad guy? (read more) |

How do dangerous criminals keep escaping from prison? Porfirio Duarte-Herrera, 42, was serving a life sentence with no possibility of parole at the Southern Desert Correctional Center. Recommended Link: Life in America is not as it seems… And thanks to recent unprecedented decisions by a strange force of unelected officials… Americans may now experience a level of financial insecurity and suffocation of freedoms bigger than the crisis of 2000…2008… and 2020 - COMBINED. Months from now we may look back to – this moment – as the end of the middle class. Stephen Roach, a former chairman at Morgan Stanley, says: "U.S. living standards are about to be squeezed as never before." Newsweek says: "[This] Will Be The End of American Freedom." And HuffPost says: "[This] Is Making The Rich Richer, and Leaving You Behind" But a new "boots on the ground" investigation reveals Americans will be forced to make a drastic decision… Become one of the 'new poor' in America… Or 'the new rich'. While everyone else could end up in "Permanent Recession". |

This week, Kamala Harris is visiting Asia. At some point during her trip, the US VP will visit the Korean DMZ after meeting with Asian leaders. Before visiting the open US border with Mexico, Kamala, Joe Biden's border czar, will travel to the Korean border. That's pretty crazy when you think about it. Of course, it wouldn't be a Kamala trip unless she did something to embarrass the US. When Kamala met the Australian Prime Minister on Tuesday, she started speaking incoherently. It was another confusing word salad with no real meaning. (read more) |

With inflation pressuring business budgets, most consumer-goods companies have started increasing prices and passing higher costs on to consumers. This would help alleviate cost pressure to keep a company's profitability high. But, on the flip side, consumers get the brunt of these rising costs. But this company isn't doing this. Instead, it's keeping its prices stable during this inflationary time. So the company hasn't lost its pricing power; instead, it is looking to stay on the good side of its loyal customer base. A Florida woman just won a sizeable lawsuit against the Caribe Royale resort in Orlando, Florida. In 2018, Melissa Allen, 52, was walking toward the entrance of Caribe Royale when she fell. She says an irrigation box cover that was improperly secured gave way and caused her to fall into a knee-deep hole. Allen suffered extensive joint damage and dysfunction from the fall that even required four surgeries after the accident.
But how much did a jury award Allen for the accident? The amount is quite staggering, and it's not the first time a jury has awarded money to someone injured on the property.
