Never lose sleep about what you might have missed...
Image source Canva Six students from a Pennsylvania middle school suddenly found themselves hospitalized on Thursday morning after eating what the school has dubbed "drug-laced edibles."
The only problem is that officials still aren't sure what drug they were laced with.
One of the students explained that she thought she was being offered chocolate from one of her peers. But shortly thereafter, those who ate the "treats" experienced severe sickness. All within just minutes of each other.
Could this be as simple as someone pranking a student with a laxative in disguise or something much more sinister?

Image source: Canva It should have been one of the greatest nights of his life, but now it will forever be tainted by sad, meme-filled memories.
Just two days after the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' Board of Governors began "disciplinary proceedings" against Will Smith, the heartbroken actor and award winner decided to leave to organization voluntarily.
This comes after Will Smith was warned by the Academy that if they expelled him, the expulsion could last a decade or more. He has been a member since 2001.

Image source :Canva Don't let the headlines fool you, President Biden isn't "just" counteracting rising gas prices by releasing a million barrels a day from our strategic reserves.
He's also asking Congress to punish oil companies for what he considers placing profits over oil production.
These are just the latest allegations after Biden's total refusal to take any responsibility for the current gas price crisis.

Image source : Canva The best holding period for a stock is indefinite. When you let compound interest work for you and own a piece of a good company for decades, you can easily see a return of 10 or even 100 times your initial investment. But which equities should you buy and hold indefinitely? Personally, I search for companies with solid management teams, a track record of increasing shareholder value, and are trading at affordable prices.
Here are two equities that meet that requirements that you'll be sorry you didn't buy in 2022 and hold for the rest of your life.

Image source: Canva A woman was snorkeling in San Juan, Puerto Rico recently when the unthinkable happened: a small sea creature crawled into her ear.
In a video that has since gone viral on TikTok, the woman emerged from the water to say something was in her ear. Someone can be seen examining her ear with tweezers in an attempt to find the culprit and remove it.
The woman's friend desperately tries to remove the intruder from her ear, moving the tweezers further inside her ear canal with each attempt.
After several excruciating and unsuccessful attempts, something unexpectedly jumped out of the woman's ear and landed on the ground beside her. It turned out to be a small crab.
If the description of the ordeal has you on edge, just wait until you watch the video. Oh, and be sure to always wear earplugs when snorkeling.

Image source : Canva Never one to avoid controversy, Whoppi Goldberg is stepping in it as she comes to the defense of the "stunned" audience who gave him a standing ovation later on in the show.
There's still some mystery surrounding whether or not Will Smith was officially asked to leave the Academy Awards after slapping comedian Chris Rock across the face. Regardless of whether he was or wasn't, he didn't and went on to collect his own award for Best Actor.
That's when he was awarded the standing ovation.
So how is Whoppi justifying her defense for those in attendance?
