We learned so much this week! Make sure to spread the word about this guide.

Hello! It's me again!

We got through a lot this week, didn't we? We spoke about single-use plastics, and the reusable things that can replace them. We got worked up over food waste, and discovered little ways to adjust our habits to combat our own contribution. And we took the time to mentally prepare for the holidays, and the waste they inevitably bring with them. So yeah, a lot.

Have you made any changes yet? Or have you told someone in your life about something you learned in these newsletters? I hope so! When it comes to actually making a difference, spreading the word is almost as important as putting things into practice yourself. Speaking of sharing — if you've discovered a new zero-waste tip lately, or know of something I didn't include in this guide, please pass it on! Also continue to tag me (@gyanyankovich) and @goodful in any photos of you making a low-waste change. I love seeing them!

Now I'm going to leave you with a few more posts you might be interested in reading, since you care about sustainability and our home, Earth.

Keep in touch and keep an eye on Goodful for new content and videos that will help you live well.

Thanks for spending this week with me!
