How Raisefashion Supports First-Time Fashion Designers from BIPOC Backgrounds Enter the Industry To help support BIPOC design talent, and address the skills gap for those without formal training, Raisefashion launched its brand fellowship programme for which 8 selected BIPOC designers receive a $15,000 grant and gain strategic insight into building a successful brand.
