The intruder allegedly went inside the Oakton, Virginia, house with a "large landscaping rock." A home invasion and altercation turned deadly in Oakton, Virginia, earlier this week. The intruder first broke into the home, then encountered the homeowner. At this point, it's presumed that he went outside to arm himself with a large landscaping rock. While outside, the intruder and homeowner got into an altercation, then the homeowner went back inside, picked up a gun, then shot and killed the intruder outside. It wasn't until after the intruder was shot and killed that the homeowner called 911. What else do we know about the deadly incident? (read more)

Donald Trump is catching a lot of flak for his role in the Red Wave which was barely a Red Trickle. And as you can see in this well thought out Rumble video, something doesn't have to be "right" to be true. Is it fair that Donald Trump is being shouldered with the blame? No. Was he always treated fairly by the media? No. But that doesn't mean that saying he needs to step away from the 2024 ticket is wrong. Just because it's true doesn't mean that you and I are saying that it's right. With that in mind, take a look at this open letter to Donald Trump and decide whether you would be willing to sign off on it. (read more)

Due to emergency measures taken by the governors of Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota, truck drivers who haul liquid fuel products will be able to drive for longer hours and, in some cases, carry heavier loads. This is because the region could have a fuel shortage this winter. Natural News says that South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem and Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts both declared emergencies. This helps the trucking industry keep fuel supplies, especially diesel, heating oil, and kerosene, coming in steadily as the region prepares for winter. Leaders in Congress, like House Minority Whip Steve Scalise of Louisiana, have talked up the possibility of a diesel fuel shortage. They have asked the Biden administration to take steps to prevent such a crisis from happening. (read more)
