Make It in One Pot

These recipe won't fill up the sink with dishes.

Make It in One Pot

For the exhausted, the dishwasher-less, the appliance averse, there is relief in a one-pot recipe. A single ovenproof skillet is all you'll need for Hetty McKinnon's vegetable potpie (above), full of seasonal vegetables and creamy, tangy sauce. A Dutch oven gets Kay Chun's sticky coconut chicken and rice from the stove to the oven to the table in 45 minutes. And just about any large pot will work for Yasmin Fahr's supremely simple creamy, lemony pasta. Find those, and more recipes to cook this weekend, in our collection of the most popular New York Times Cooking recipes right now.
