Addicted to online shopping?


🛍️ A survey conducted in 2023 by Ninja Van and Geopost shows that 19 percent of PH online shoppers account for 47 percent of total e-commerce purchases. This segment is called e-shopaholics.


🛍️ PH e-shopaholics shop online twice as much as the average e-shopper. Eighty-six percent are likely to buy directly from social media and 53 percent buy from brands they already follow. In addition, 44 percent of PH e-shopaholics make purchases according to recommendations of influencers they follow.


🛍️ The top three categories that PH e-shopaholics buy are beauty and healthcare; shoes, fashion, and jewelry; and small furniture and decor. e-Shopaholics check reviews in multiple platforms and are expert navigators in various channels and marketplaces.
