13TH INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION | | By-election to be held for 9th place | | BAHÁ'Í WORLD CENTRE — Following yesterday's casting of ballots by delegates to elect the Universal House of Justice, it was announced by the Chief Teller this morning that there is a tie for 9th place. A vote to break the tie will take place later this afternoon. The results of the election of the House of Justice are expected to be announced at the Convention tomorrow.
