Sunday, August 30, 2023 13TH INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION By-election to be held for 9th place BAHÁ'Í WORLD CENTRE — Following yesterday's casting of ballots by delegates to elect the Universal House of Justice, it was announced by the Chief Teller this morning that there is a tie for 9th place. A vote to break the tie will take place later this afternoon.
