Reimagining Customer Connections Through Digital Product Passports

From 2027, the EU's Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation will require products to use digital product passports (DPPs) for traceability and sustainability information. However, in focusing only on compliance, there is a risk that brands could overlook the bigger opportunity.
