1115 Waiver Demonstration - Idaho Behavioral Health Transformation Amendment

The demonstration currently includes an expenditure authority to allow "Use of Legally Responsible Individuals (LRI) to Render Personal Care Services (PCS)." The state requests to remove this expenditure authority from the demonstration. The federal comment period will be open from January 2, 2025, through January 31, 2025.
