The January 6th committee has recommended criminal charges against Donald Trump. The committee believes that Trump actively engaged in and promoted insurrection against the federal government. But will the DOJ actually do anything? It's clear that many of you don't think so. Even some legal experts don't think the DOJ will push the issue.
