Georgia is where Republicans lost control of the Senate two years ago. The state requires a 50%+ majority to win, so we could have a runoff that delays a balance of power shift until Dec. 6. Tonight features Herschel Walker (R) vs. Raphael Warnock (D). Pennsylvania is where Joe Biden, Donald Trump and Barack Obama all campaigned last weekend. It's an open Senate seat that's been GOP-held, potentially offsetting Democratic losses in other states. Tonight is John Fetterman (D) vs. Mehmet Oz (R). Arizona matters because GOP gubernatorial nominee Kari Lake — a former TV news celebrity — has been described as a potential Trump heir, but the state elected Joe Biden in 2020. Fox wins key betting battle Illustration: Brendan Lynch/Axios   An arbitrator has taken the brakes off Fox's ability to expand its sports betting business, Axios Media Trends author Sara Fischer reports. The arbitrator ruled Fox Corp. has the right to buy an 18.6% stake in the sports betting giant FanDuel from its parent company Flutter. Zoom out: Sports betting synergies are top of mind as Rupert Murdoch considers recombining Fox Corp. and News Corp, two of his largest media assets. Fox is the only major sports broadcaster in the U.S. to launch its own betting platform. California — where the sole winning ticket was sold — doesn't apply its 12.3% top marginal income tax rate to lottery winnings.
