Well, Good Morning!
Let's take a look at what the day has in store for us.
So, let's dig in, shall we?
Here's What You Need To Know... Drew Peterson, who was convicted of killing his third wife, seeks to ask the judge to toss out his murder conviction Drew Peterson was convicted of killing his third wife, Kathleen Savio, in 2012 and is now set to return to court this month after a judge has agreed to hear his motion to toss out the verdict. Savio's body was found in a bathtub in 2004, weeks before a scheduled hearing concerning money and child custody issues.
Savio's death was initially said to be an accident, but after the disappearance of Peterson's fourth wife, Stacy, Savio's remains were exhumed and her death was ruled a homicide. Peterson's fourth wife's remains have never been found.
Peterson said that his lead attorney, Joel Brodsky, did not provide effective counseling. Peterson is currently serving a 38-year prison sentence. That sentence is then set to be followed by another 40-year sentence after Peterson was convicted of plotting to kill the prosecutor who put him behind bars.
This so-called "millionaire" apparently kidnapped and tortured a woman in his home for weeks A 39-year-old Salt Lake City man was arrested for apparently holding a woman captive in his home and torturing her, according to police. Ramone Marcio Martinez apparently threatened to kill the woman if she did not profess her love for him within the next six months. He apparently used a knife to carve the number 6 into her hand to symbolize that deadline.
Martinez, who has claimed to be a millionaire with a business in the medical cannabis industry, is being held without bail. His wealth, in addition to his large collection of firearms, led to that decision. The woman apparently texted a friend about her situation, leading to her eventual escape.
"The victim had texted him begging for help and that she was scared for her life," police said. "At another point in time [Martinez] grabbed the victim and held a knife to her throat... At some point during the day, the victim stated [Martinez] grabbed a gun and pointed it at her head."
He also strangled her and used a belt to beat her, she said.
Nearly 1,000 homes destroyed, hundreds more damaged, and two people now missing after the Colorado wildfire Boulder County Sheriff Joe Pelle said that investigators are still trying to figure out what caused the wildfire that occurred on Thursday that destroyed nearly 1,000 homes, damaged hundreds more and resulted in two missing people in the surrounding neighborhoods at the base of the Rocky Mountains.
He has said that utility officials did not find downed power lines near the place where the fire broke out, however authorities were pursuing several tips. Pelle said that the vast majority of affected structures were homes, but there were also damaged barns, outbuildings and other structures. The blaze ripped through 9.4 square miles.
Residents have started to return to see if their homes were affected from the blaze. Initially authorities had said there were no people missing, but now there are three reported. As of now, officials are organizing cadaver teams to search for the missing.
Utility crews are trying to restore electricity and gas services to the homes left. Citizens have been lining up to get space heaters to keep from freezing in the now snow-covered area. The fire follows an extremely dry fall and winter. The dry grounds and high winds were said to contribute to the rapid fire.

And I've discovered that the coming "third generation" could be bigger than anything yet. We're talking about a possible second chance to get in at the beginning.
