He stumbled upon the food a few years later and, as he put it, "it looked like I bought it just 15 minutes earlier. And the same with the fires, it all looked almost new. "The timing of this lawsuit against the Attorney General – coming only as OAG is nearing a conclusion of its Investigation, is contemplating the filing of an enforcement action, and has sought Mr. Trump's sworn testimony – belies any notion that there is any objective behind this suit other than distraction and delay," the court filing read.   Trump's lawsuit says that James' civil probe into his company's business practices was politically motivated and that he is a victim of "viewpoint discrimination." James disputed this by revealing that her office uncovered "substantial evidence" that Trump's financial statements had numerous misrepresentations.   James said Wednesday that they will not be deterred by frivolous lawsuits and will continue to follow the facts in the case because no one was above the law. NATURAL WONDERS Heroes rescue a baby dolphin trapped in net In Florida, marine rescue groups banded together to save a newborn dolphin discovered swimming with fishing line wrapped around its body.   The dolphin, a calf of a mother named Matilda, was initially discovered swimming with the fishing line wrapped around its body near Clearwater Beach in December, according to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium.   Rescuers attempted to cut the line out of the dolphin's mouth with a long-handled cutting instrument, but the dolphin resisted, and researchers continued to monitor its condition.   The fishing line was eventually removed in a five-minute operation, and the female calf was given antibiotics before being released, according to the researchers.   Researchers will continue to keep an eye on her.
